Day 01 – Private transport from Campo Grande to Pantanal
Pousada Refugio da Ilha is a cozy farm´s old house proper for the real needs of those who visit the wildlife without dispensing good comfort, hygiene and great local cuisine. Situated on an island formed by two arms of the river, Refúgio da Ilha is on the verge of the crystalline-watered Salobra River, in the Salobra River Delta- wedged between the northern Bodoquena Plateau and Miranda River. The ecological lodge is also home to a cattle ranch and offers daily tours to their guests in one of the most rich and abundant ecosystems on planet.
It is recommended to leave Campo Grande no later than 10 a.m.
Assistance at the airport or bus station or hotels in Campo Grande and private transfer to Refugio da Ilha Lodge at Pantanal of Miranda and check at lunch time.
The schdule of the activities will be set up in the lodge with your local guide on the arrival and in the afternoon you will start your Pantanal Adventure.

Day 02 – Pantanal Day Tours at Refúgio da Ilha Eco Lodge
There are two activities per day: one in the morning, just after breakfast until almost before lunch, and another in the afternoon up to the end-of-day. The activities will be carefully selected depending on the climate and time of year. The tour groups have no more than 6 people to be the most quiet as possible, and having all attention focused on the guide, thus having more chances to observe wildlife.
Lodge Activities
BOAT TOUR: Both ways upstream and downstrem Salobra River, these are two different tours.
HORSE RIDING: Along grassland areas, inner roads, bushes trails and wetlands.
CANOEING: Downstream silently Salobra River, streams and wetlands when flooded.
HIKING: In woods and fields trails, and along proper ways and roads.
JEEP TOUR: By different environments of the island and its surrounding.
*For activities out of tours hours: The lodge is surrounded by bays where you could enjoy the local wildlife or even fishing. Salobra River has limestone and crystalline waters is just 40 meters away and is an invitation for a swim during the hot summer.

Day 03 – Pantanal Day Tours at Refúgio da Ilha Eco Lodge
Refúgio da Ilha offers a limited number of beds, which makes the place more private, with more select audience, quiet environment and high quality of service, since the owners are the hosts of the house. There are 8 cozy apartments, fully equipped with private bathroom with hot shower, air-conditioning, ceiling-fan, bedding type king-size, screened windows and bed and bath products. The lodge also has charming nooks, internal and external, such as living room, a video room, a small library, a shop and two verandas. There are two restaurants -each with its own bar- one inside for dinner and breakfast and another external by Salobra River for lunch. An external restroom, bowers around the hostel and a pier for appreciation of the river and swimming. Guest has free Internet WI-FI access all around.

Day 04 – Private Transfer from Pantanal to Campo Grande
After breakfast you have time to organize your bag and check-out. The private transfer from Pantanal Lodget to Campo Grande.
